By accessing or using the Sig Advisory LLC website, booking a call, filling out a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Sig Advisory LLC provides AI implementation, website development, chatbot deployment, CRM integration, lead-sync pipelines, booking systems, and related consulting services. Scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate statement of work or agreement.

When you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Sig Advisory LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, follow-up messages, and marketing or promotional content.

• Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may provide consent through our forms, chat widget, verbally, or in writing.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages per month depending on your engagement with us.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for support, or email info@sigadvisory.co.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.
• Privacy: We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Payments are processed through Stripe or other agreed processors. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase. Fees are described in your agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Recurring charges continue until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.

All content, branding, materials, and deliverables we create remain our property until full payment is received, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission. Third-party tools, libraries, or platforms integrated into deliverables remain subject to their own licenses.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about results, revenue, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sig Advisory LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sig Advisory LLC and its members, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Either party may terminate a services engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site or any services at any time for violation of these terms or other conduct that we determine harmful to our business or users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
